Customers will be notified promptly of any significant changes or delays. Any applicable delivery, freight, or handling charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. Delivery services are provided to the agreed delivery location, and customers are responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible and suitable for the safe delivery of the equipment. Installation services may be included with the purchase or offered as an optional service, depending on the product and the terms of the agreement. Where installation is required, it must be carried out by META-authorized technicians or META-certified installers to ensure the equipment is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Any damage, malfunction, or performance issues resulting from unauthorized installation may void the applicable warranty and limit META's liability.

Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order confirmation. In-stock products are typically dispatched and delivered within one week, subject to delivery location and logistics schedules. Products that are not currently in stock or are manufactured to order have an estimated lead time of approximately 90 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, lead times may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be kept informed of any significant changes to the expected delivery schedule.

Yes. META provides comprehensive after-sales support, including servicing, technical assistance, and the supply of genuine spare parts for eligible equipment. Customers are encouraged to use only genuine META-approved spare parts and authorized service technicians to ensure optimal performance, safety, and product longevity. All eligible equipment is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of installation or delivery, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear of consumable components. META offers ongoing technical support via phone, email, and other available support channels to assist customers with product operation, troubleshooting, and service-related inquiries. Where required, on-site service visits and replacement parts may be provided in accordance with the applicable warranty terms or at the prevailing service and spare parts rates after the warranty period has expired.
