Any damage, malfunction, or performance issues resulting from unauthorized installation may void the applicable warranty and limit META's liability.

Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order confirmation. In-stock products are typically dispatched and delivered within one week, subject to delivery location and logistics schedules. Products that are not currently in stock or are manufactured to order have an estimated lead time of approximately 90 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment. All eligible equipment is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of installation or delivery, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear of consumable components. META offers ongoing technical support via phone, email, and other available support channels to assist customers with product operation, troubleshooting, and service-related inquiries. Where required, on-site service visits and replacement parts may be provided in accordance with the applicable warranty terms or at the prevailing service and spare parts rates after the warranty period has expired.
